Four things, done properly.
We'd rather do four things excellently for fifty firms than twenty things adequately for five hundred. Here's what we do — and, just as deliberately, what we don't.
Your outsourced IT department, on a flat fee.
Helpdesk your staff actually like calling, 24/7 monitoring and patching, vendor management, and asset lifecycle planning — for one predictable per-user monthly fee. When something breaks, we've usually seen the alert before you've noticed the symptom.
Every plan includes a quarterly review where we walk through budget, risks, and roadmap in plain English — the meeting your current provider keeps rescheduling.
See the three plans & pricesIn every plan
- — Unlimited remote helpdesk
- — Monitoring, patching, maintenance
- — Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace admin
- — Backup with monthly restore testing
- — Vendor management & renewals calendar
- — Quarterly plain-English review
Security your insurer — and your clients — will sign off on.
Professional firms don't get breached like retail shops; they get targeted — trust accounts, client financials, privileged files. We run managed detection and response, enforce MFA and conditional access, train your staff against the phishing that actually works, and keep the written evidence current.
When the cyber-insurance renewal or a client's 40-question security questionnaire lands, you forward it to us. That's the service.
Covers
- — Endpoint detection & response (EDR/MDR)
- — Email security & anti-fraud controls
- — Staff training & phishing simulation
- — Security policies & PIPEDA-aligned evidence
- — Insurance & questionnaire support
Backups that have actually been restored.
An untested backup is a hope, not a plan. We run Datto-powered backup and disaster recovery with monthly restore verification and a documented recovery time for every critical system — so "how long would we be down?" has a number, not a shrug.
For firms with hard deadlines — filings, closings, submissions — we design continuity plans around your calendar's worst-case day, not a generic template.
Covers
- — Server, workstation & cloud (M365/Workspace) backup
- — Datto business continuity appliances
- — Monthly restore tests, quarterly DR drills
- — Documented RTO/RPO per system
- — Ransomware-resilient offsite copies
Fixed-fee projects, scoped by someone who reads contracts for fun.
Office moves, cloud migrations, network builds, and system selections — quoted fixed-fee wherever possible, with scope in writing before work begins. Our founder's CPA background shows most here: we evaluate ERP, CRM, and practice management software the way a CFO would — total cost of ownership, not demo sparkle.
If a project isn't worth doing, we'll say so. Saying "don't spend this money" is how boutiques keep clients for a decade.
Recent project types
- — Office relocations & new-office IT setup
- — On-premise to cloud migrations
- — Email & document system migrations
- — ERP / CRM / practice-software selection
- — Private AI: on-premise GPU servers, so your firm can use AI without client data ever leaving the office
- — Wi-Fi design & deployment
- — Cybersecurity & compliance assessments
Deliberately not on the menu.
We no longer sell website design, e-commerce builds, or consumer repair. Focus is the product. If you need those, we'll happily refer you to people we trust.
