We publish our pricing. On purpose.
You'd tell your own clients to walk away from a professional who won't name a price. So here are ours — the same numbers you'd hear on a call, without the call. All prices in CAD.

Plans are month-to-month after a 90-day onboarding period, minimum 5 users. Hardware, software licences, and defined projects are quoted separately and approved before work begins. Firms of 5–50 people are our sweet spot.
Fine print, in plain sight: if we keep a departed or non-active user's mailbox alive, the mailbox licence fee still applies. Part-time staff take a full user seat — unless two employees have a formal job-share arrangement sharing the same mailbox and desk, in which case they count as one.
Two honest ways to start smaller.
2-Hour Starter Package — $320 incl. GST
A free 30-minute call to understand your issue, then two hours of senior time to solve a specific problem — usable across up to two sessions. If it turns out you need something bigger, the credit transfers.
Book the starterHourly Consulting — $160/hr
Straight time and materials for ad-hoc work, with a written estimate before we start. Prefer predictability? Prepaid hours come in 10-hour blocks at a discount — and they never expire. Fair warning: if you're calling us monthly, a plan is cheaper — and we'll be the ones to tell you so.
Ask a question firstVersus hiring in-house.
A capable in-house IT manager in Vancouver runs $90–110k plus benefits — and takes vacations, gets sick, and can't be an expert in everything. A 15-person firm on proGUARD Complete pays about $45k a year for a whole team, senior expertise across every domain, and coverage that never books a flight home for the holidays.
Fair questions, straight answers.
Why do you publish pricing when most MSPs make you book a sales call?
Because you'd advise your own clients to be suspicious of any professional who won't name a price. Publishing filters for firms that value transparency — the ones we work best with. (Also, our founder is a CPA. Hiding numbers isn't in our nature.)
Is there a long-term contract?
Month-to-month after an initial 90-day onboarding period. We keep clients by being good, not by locking the door.
What's not included in the monthly fee?
Hardware, software licences, and defined projects (an office move, a server migration) are quoted separately — fixed-fee where possible — and approved by you before any work starts. Everything operational is in the flat fee.
Do part-time and seasonal staff count as full users?
Seasonal staff (hello, tax season) are billed only for the months they're active. We reconcile the user count with you quarterly — you'll never discover ghosts on the invoice.
Want these numbers for your exact headcount?
Fifteen minutes and we'll hand you a one-page quote. No follow-up sequence, no pressure.
